Big Bazaar Small Brains!!!

Today, this post is just about me being all mad on Big Bazaar and taking out the disgust in form of a blog post.First of all, let me tell you one out of many incidents...

I'm roaming around in GIP(Noida) in a very happy happy mood...doing shopping, buying make-up, having fun with a friend and all that. I go to Pantaloons.Colorbar counter catches my eye and I go over there to check out their new nailpolish collection which I saw on many blogs.I ask them to show me the Apple Martini and Orange Mimosa shades and they tell me that those colors are out of stock. I am desperate to buy those so the SA tells me that they have a counter in Big Bazaar as well.I get a ray of hope again.Thanking them I move to basement where the Big Bazaar store is,I go down an escalator which ends directly in Big Bazaar only. There are a two female guards and a male guard. The male guard asks me to get my purse checked and asks me to deposit the shopping bags that I was carrying. I was definitely ok with that but what happens next is something I'm definitely not ok with!

The female guard started to check my bag and started to put fugly 'Big Bazaar' stickers on my compact, my lipstick, my gloss, my blush, my every f***ing thing!!!!!!!!!!! I got super mad!!! I mean how would you react if someone would put a f***ing big bazaar sticker on your fav MAC Blush??
My friend tried to calm me down but now it was his turn to get into a high temperature argument...

He gave the shopping bags to the guards to deposit them and the guard was like "Ye main entry pe jama kijiye(submit these on the main entrance)"!?!?!?!!?! WTF!??!?!?!?! He seriously asked us to go back up the escalator (which wasn't working btw), walk across half the mall, take an elevator to go to basement and walk balk across half the mall AGAIN and then deposit the bags!!

Still he tried to keep his nerves in control and asked them if they could just keep the bags there as he was not well(he had just recovered from viral and was a little weak and tired) or may be they could seal the bags and we could take it along with us. And the guard gave a very rude 'NO'...not even a hint of politeness...!!!

Then the female guard told us to submit the bag in Pantaloons which was just upstairs, so we went back to Pantaloons and asked them to submit the bags as big bazaar was not keeping them. And guess what, they refused saying that they don't keep bags for big bazaar...we explained the situation and told them that one of the guard told us to keep our bags there but still he refused(Honestly, I don't blame him...I BLAME BIG BAZAAR AND THE CRAPPY GUARDS!!)...

Now, we were SO SO SO mad that we went back to big bazaaar and called for the store manager...and the filthy guards now started making excuses that the manager is not here and all that crap....Hearing all the noise, the manager himself arrived and OMG! was I shocked to see the manager! He looked like some small filthy pub's bouncer!! This is Big Bazaar's reality!! and they behaved the same....I went all mad and I don't even remember what I shouted at him but it was something 7-8 minutes long...

Is this the way to treat the customers? I went there to shop, not to steal !! and even if they are so concerned about shop-lifting issues, they should install cameras, or may be security tags system and not insult the customers and harass them...They should train the guards and teach them some manners too...Everytime I go there, I get into a bad mood because of their super crappy and f***ing security system...

They completely ruined my mood and I swear I won't be going back EVER!!!!!!

Srish..it is iritating when they put stickers..and they don't even check the stickers when we go out so one can easily put anything they want...it is so stupid of them...and yes it take miles and hours to get one self checked in big bazaar and then submit their belongings .also worst part when u get back the belongings then also they take hours in giving u back..

but the stuff and variety which they have make me shop from there regularly:(

OMG that's awful! Bad customer service is a MAJOR issue in India, which is really shocking because traditionally India does have a history of treading guests/customers with a lot of respect and attention.

They had once put a sticker on my mom's super-soft faux leather bag and it got spoilt in the attempt to remove it! That made me super angry as my mom had specifically told that idiot guard to put it on the handle rather than the front (so that it'll at least be hidden better). But of course the idiot ignored her.
