:::TOTD:::

Lately, I have been noticing a lot of pictures of girls having a whitish cast (thanx to foundations) on their faces which is very prominent against their neck's skin.And that is not cool!!
So, I will give a few tips to avoid this problem...

There are mainly two reasons why this happens,
First, using foundation that is not your shade(may be by mistake or may be to look fair, idk!) and
Second, not blending the foundation completely...

My tip:
Mix an equal amount of your moisturizer and foundation (try to get the shade that is closest to your skin color) and apply it in quick circular motions all over the face. Don't dot the foundation on and then try to blend it, coz the foundation at the dot deposits and dries on that spot making it very difficult to blend properly. Take the mixture on your fingers and rub between both hand's fingers and then spread over the face and blend evenly covering the neck too...

For a heavier coverage, moisturize the skin properly and then using a foundation brush or a flat-top face brush blend the foundation directly over the face covering the exposed neck area too.You can also use a face sponge to get a flawless look but this way, a lot of product gets wasted as the sponge soaks it up..

Don't go overboard with the foundation, try to keep it minimum and hide the flaws with the help of concealer.
