Leopard nails....grrrr.....

Yesterday, I was just browsing through blogs and saw few very cool nail art designs...and thought to myself, why do I never try them?? Even my sister makes such awesome designs!!! (to see her blog, click here)
So, finally I did it yesterday and chose a leopard print nail art design and it was actually pretty easy!!It was pretty lengthy design though..took me almost 1 hr and 30 mins on each hand..so a total of 3 hrs spent on this design but I do not regret it at all...I love it!!! I did this while watching one of my favorite shows -Vampire Diaries and it was a treat for me to watch 3 episodes in a row...he he!

What I used for this design :-
- Colorbar Nail Lacquer "37 Exclusive" (Opaque White)
- Maybelline Express Finish Lacquer "Fuchsia"
- Colorama Nail Lacquer "Black"
- OPI Top Coat

Firstly, I applied one coat of white nailpaint and let it dry...I am like the most impatient person when it comes to waiting for the nailpolish to dry, so you can imagine how hard it was for me to wait and not move my hands..lol!

After the first coat dried, I applied one more coat as the first one was not opaque enough. Then I added a few spots of the pink nailpaint here and there randomly.

And then again I waited....the waiting part plays a BIG role in this process...he he!
Then later I used a toothpick to roughly outline the pink spots, mind that the outlining should be broken here and there coz, that's what the leopard print is...(the lining was a bit difficult for me, especially on the right hand, coz then I had to do it with my left hand...which is pretty difficult!)

And after all the things dried up nicely, I added the top coat and Voila! it's was done...!
